Big Idea 2 – Old school recruitment doesn’t work anymore
The old way of recruiting can be seen as ‘broadcast’ recruitment: a vacancy is broadcasted and then a selection process will (hopefully) identify the strongest candidate. People that don’t apply are not considered, which means about 85% of the total talent pool is not visible for your recruiters. Outsourcing recruitment to agencies in a no-cure-no-pay model is also not a good idea: it’s proven to be more expensive and provides on average a lower quality of candidates. To engage employees and candidates organizations have to start dialogs and facilitate branded experiences. To find out how, contact us
