Job Mensink – founder of brandgiving

Job was global head of Employer Branding for Royal Philips Electronics when he founded brandgiving® in 2009, a flying start with great global brands like ING and TNT as launching customers. Since 2010 seven international clients have selected brandgiving, taking us from Amsterdam to London to Basel to Shanghai and into industry sectors like Financial Services, Pharma, Automotive and the world's largest Consultancy firm.

In January 2011, together with Bjorn Veenstra, Job launched the Employer Brand Scan®, an innovative tool for Employer Brand insights and KPI's and the best way to start your Employer Brand strategy project.

Before this, Job held various strategy, marketing and business management roles both in Consumer and B2B businesses. He studied Innovation Management at Delft University of Technology and Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Mensink is a passionate guest lecturer at various institutes and universities, writing a book with the Brandgiving six-step approach which will be published 2011.
