


Six step framework for Employer Brand Management
1. Employer Brand Development
The first three steps are about defining the Employee Value Proposition. This starts Inside-Out (1) and deals with what the organization stands for today and tomorrow.
During the Outside-in (2) insights are obtained about push/pull factors of (target) candidates and the reputation of the organization. Finally in step (3) a value proposition is defined bringing everything together.
2. Employer Brand Activation
The next three steps are about bringing the proposition to life. This starts with internal activation (1), is followed by external activation (2) and then managed as going concern by closing the loop (3).
It's all about Candidate and Employee experience and implementing smart KPI's (Kept Promises Indicator). What get's measured get's managed.
